Belgards Studio is a portrait studio in Arundel, Gold Coast. This page explains what we collect through this website and why. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your name, email address, the suburb you choose to tell us, and which part of the collection you are interested in, together with the time you signed up. We use this only to tell you about Belgards session dates and related studio news. We do not sell, rent or share the list. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any email from us.

Bookings and payments

Bookings and payments are handled through our booking provider, BookNova, with card and Apple Pay payments processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch this website. Booking records, including your contact details and appointment times, are held in the booking system so we can run your session, send reminders and deliver your gallery.

Photographs of your family

Your portraits are yours. We keep galleries private and only publish an image of your family if you have given separate, written permission for that specific use. Choosing not to permit publication never affects your session or delivery.

Analytics and cookies

This site currently sets no advertising cookies. If we add analytics, they will be proportionate, privacy-respecting and described here first.
